Our website is here to provide introductory information if you are looking for a writing group to join, as well as giving reference information to current members.

Due to the popularity of the writing group it has been split into two.

To get the most from the WEDNESDAY group you need to be living in Bristol, otherwise we have found that travel becomes cumbersome. Also, we meet in a different place each fortnight - all over Bristol -which may be a consideration for you if you do not drive.

The THURSDAY group includes people who live in and around Bristol.

BWG is an informal group and we are always happy to hear from prospective new members who are committed to writing on a regular basis, so thanks for stopping by.
